Newspaper Article: Thursday's daily - W. J. Muncey, who has been for many years oneof the foremost farmers and stock raisers in Collin County died at his home near Corinth Church in thenorthwest part of the county last night. He was past seventy years of age, having been barn in LeeCounty, Virginia on February 29, 1836. Ho was raised on the farm and attended the county schools until 21 years of age, he then entered college at Mossey Creek, Jefferson County, Tennessee, for a term of two years. After which he returned to Lee County. Virginia and taught school until the breaking out of the Civil War in the spring of 1861. Ho joined the Confederate forces in May 1861, and was assigned to duty under General John B. Floyd in North Virginia. On the 29th day of March 1866. he was married to Miss Emily J. Ely, daughter of Nimrod C. Ely, of Lee County, Virginia. Worked on the farm in summer and taught school in fall and winter, for several years. He collected taxes two terms in Lee County,Virginia and in 1873 moved to Collin County, Texas. He bought 80 acres of land and has followed farming, stock raising and stock breeding on the same spot of land, with good success. Having bought nearly 1000 acres more land adjoining this first 80 acres and in adjoining counties. He leaves besides his aged widow, two sons and one daughter, all of wham are married and have families of their own. He was a member of the Baptist Church, being a conscientious Christian. He was buried at 3 o'clock atCottage Hill Cemetery under auspices of Roseland Masonic Lodge, having been a honored member of that torder for many years...(The McKinney Democrat Gazette. 1900 Lynn, Essex Co., MA census lists Amy I. Munsey as “niece” living in the household. She was the daughter of Andrew Munsey and Ellen who died when she was two - but there is no record that Albert was a brother of Andrew.

Albert is living as 3-year old in household of John and Sally Munsey in the 1850 census in Barnstead. Marriage record of Albert and Julia lists John and Sarah Munsey as parents of Albert.

Her first husband was Edward Henry Butler. They married July 18, 1908 in Dover, Delaware, and she divorced him in 1916. Her second husband was William Clifford Milbourn born July 27, 1888 and died January 21, 1959. They were married June 26, 1920 in Dover, Delaware.

She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Dover, Delaware, and worked for the Department of Motor Vehicles before retiring in 1945.

She died of a heart attack at 97 years old.
