- Velma C. Sapp Muncie, 84, of Clayton, died March 3, 1999, at Danville Regional Rehabilitation Center. She was born May 26, 1914, in Hamilton Ohio, to John and Clyde Sapp who preceded her in death. She married Edney H.
Muncie and he survives.
Velma was the owner of Muncie
Flowers and Gifts in Indianapolis for 15 years, retiring in 1979.
The homemaker and mother is survived by her daughter, Carol Scotten; sisters, Mary Jean Davis, Violet Clark, Marty Brown, Ruth Gleason and Lois Smith; brothers, Kenneth and Meryle Sapp; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grand-

She was preceded in death bu her son, David A. Muncie and five brothers and sisters.
Services were Saturday at Flanner & Buchanan-Decatur Twp. Mortuary with Rev. John Dunaway offici-ating. Burial was in Washington Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.
