Thursday November 21. 1940 - Funeral Services Held For Mrs. W. R. Hunt - Mrs. W. R. Hunt, 68, a resident of Arlington for the last 12 years, died in a Dallas hospital Thursday morning. She had suffered a heart attack Monday.
Mrs. Hunt was the daughter of the late Capt. W. J. Muncy of the Confederate Army.
Survivors include her husband, a son, Carl E. Hunt, Dallas; two daughters, Mrs. A. C. Morton, Dallas, and Mrs. John Craddock, Fort Worth, and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at the First Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Friday. Revs. W. T. Rouse of Denton, and K. T. Melugin of Arlington, officiated. Burial was in Parkdale Cemetery.
