She was born June 8, 1948, at Marshall, Arkansas to Roy and Cloye Parks Clayton. She was of the Baptist faith and was a beautician. Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Billy Muncy; her parents Roy and Cloye Clayton of Tilly; two sons, Billy Gene and Jimmy Ray Muncy of Russellville; two Brothers and one sister in-law Gaylen Clayton of Hector and Ricky and Mandy Clayton of Dover; seven grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren. The funeral service will be held at Union Hill Cemetery Community Building in Tilly at 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2012, with the Rev. Johnny McCoy officiating. Burial will be private in Union Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Broussard Funeral Home of Russellville. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
