  RICHARD LEE MUNSEY, age 77, of Monticello, Kentucky passed away Sunday, January 24, 1999 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. He was born in Wayne County, Kentucky on September 9, 1921, the son of Willie F. and Maggie Mercer Munsey. Both parents preceded him in death. He married Linnie M. East, who survives. He is survived by 3 children Richard Lewis Munsey, Nancy Dunagan, and Joyce Lee Munsey, all of Monticello, Kentucky; 1 brother Howard Munsey of Monticello, Kentucky; and 5 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. He was a self-employed farmer. Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 26, 1999 at 1 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Dough Thacker officiating. Burial was in Elk Spring Cemetery.
