- Lennie Addie Violet "Viola" (Muncy) was the daughter of Levi Muncy and Canzadia "Zadie" (Doshier) Muncy. She was born at Sutter, Indian Territory-Choctaw Nation (currently known as Calhoun, Le Flore County, Oklahoma).
Violet married Sam Tatum on July 26, 1919 at Latham, Le Flore County, Oklahoma (at the home of her parents).
Sam was the son of Leroy Frances "France" Tatum and Mattie (Ralls)Tatum. He was born March 30, 1902 at Hobart, Kiowa County, Oklahoma. Sam and his brother, Roy Tatum, married sister's.
Sam & Violet had six children; 3 boys & 3 girls.
They divorced sometime after the birth of their youngest daughter.
Violet second married Marion Luther Turner. Their son, Marion Luther Turner Jr. was born August 17, 1940 in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Turner was born April 11, 1894 in Texas and died October 24, 1944 in Sutter County, CA.
Violet (possibly?) married "Frenchy" French prior to her death, her California Death Certificate notes her name as Viola "French" and her marital status as Divorced.
She passed away at the young age of 50, cause of death; Carcinoma of the stomach. Sad.
