She is survived by her brother: Don Muncy and wife Norma of Rockwall; nephew: Derek Muncy of Dallas, TX; niece: Kimberly Lee and husband Mark of Rockwall; grandnieces: Taylor and Lexi Neely and twins: Matthew and Caroline Lee of Rockwall; and great grandniece: Savannah Neely of Rockwall. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Joe; and one sister: Linda Kay Spafford.
