  Find A Grave Memorial #135439965 Roxie Munsey Overstreet, 86, of Roanoke, passed away Sunday, March 30, 1997.  She was the widow of Roscoe J. Overstreet.  She is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Floyd C. and Thelma Munsey, Bent Mountain; sisters, Mrs. Sarah Boswell, Oklahoma, Mrs. Frances Branum, Roanoke; brother-in-law, Mr. Chester Palmer, Roanoke; also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Overstreet was a member of Melrose Christian Church.  Funeral service s will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 1997 at Lotz Roanoke Chapel with Dr. Norman E. Witthuhn officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton. The family will receive friends after 12 noon Tuesday at the funeral home. Arrangements are being handled by Lotz Funeral Home, Roanoke  Roanoke Times, Tuesday, April 1, 1997  Married Roscoe Julius Overstreet Nov. 3, 1945
