  FIND A GRAVE MEMORIAL ID 31936419 DAWSONVILLE, Ga. — Jerusha R. Muncy, 80, died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2006, at Chestnut Ridge Nursing Home in Cumming, Ga., following an extended illness. She was born Dec. 26, 1926, at Trace Fork. Mrs. Muncy was a former resident of Brenton and had lived in Dawsonville for the past 10 years. She was the daughter of the late Addison Robinette (Deceased) and Margaret Bailey-Robinette (Deceased). She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe Muncy (1921-1982), and a son, Roscoe "Ted" Muncy (1957-1985). She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith, having attended Brenton Baptist Church. Survivors include daughters, Melissa Muncy-Nakaiye of Los Angeles, Calif., and Wanda Muncy-Cantrell of Beckley; a son, Edsel H. Muncy of Dawsonville; grandchildren, Tammy Sammons, Mark Cantrell and Nathan Muncy; and great-grandchildren, Brittany Sammons and Kaitlyn Sammons. Mrs. Muncy will be taken to Matheny, where graveside service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 1, 2006 at the Palm Memorial Gardens.
