Munsey, 79, a resident of Albuquerque, N.M., died Dec. 11. She was born June 14, 1923. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Munsey received her bachelor's degree in education. She taught elementary school in Kansas, Wyoming and New Mexico. She is survived by her sons, James C. Munsey and wife, Pamela of Seattle, Wash., Thomas E. Munsey and wife, Christine of Albuquerque, N.M.; grandchildren, Zachary, Jessica, Connor and Hunter; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Mrs. Munsey was preceded in death by her husband, Cone Munsey; three sisters, Ann Smith, Virginia Peterman and Martha McDowell; and a brother, William Spellman. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church Chapel, 215 National Cemetery, Santa Fe, N.M.
